TIPS
- Drink plenty of water while waist training
- Wear under clothes for instant results
- Consistency is the KEY!!!
- Begin snapping hooks from the bottom and working your way up
- Avoid fatty foods and sweets (not saying neglect yourself because cravings are the key to lost of dedication to any weight loss goal)
- Wear your corset at least 8 hours or more a day (as much as you can tolerate)
- Try to work yourself up to wearing your corset during the night
- Cardio is not required for results but will help maximize as well as promote weight loss
