TIPS


  • Drink plenty of water while waist training 
  • Wear under clothes for instant results
  • Consistency is the KEY!!!
  • Begin snapping hooks from the bottom and working your way up 
  • Avoid fatty foods and sweets (not saying neglect yourself because cravings are the key to lost of dedication to any weight loss goal)
  • Wear your corset at least 8 hours  or more a day (as much as you can tolerate)
  • Try to work yourself up to wearing your corset during the night 
  • Cardio is not required for results but will help maximize as well as promote weight loss
